Popular by demand Art and Design are undoubtedly two of the most exciting subject areas in Dar Al Fikr Schools. Natural and raw talent are nurtured and perfected; accuracy in performance, freedom of expression and international recognition through competitions and exhibitions.
Drawing, painting, Arabic calligraphy, collage, pottery, mosaic, photography, designing advertising posters, book covers, and greeting cards are some of the media used with students.

Aims:
1- Developing the sense of artistic beauty from the early childhood stage and giving students a chance to talk about topics through which they can express themselves.

2-Stimulating students minds to express themselves by drawing and working towards a desire for expression and production.

3- Understanding student's desires and allowing them performing some simple projects that suit their level of expression and art production.

4- Provide opportunities for different activities such as designing, constructing, working, fixing, photographing and ornamenting.

5-Helping students with using different local materials according to their choice of expression connected to their general life.

6- Using art to enhance life skills such as cleanliness, perseverance, patience, confidence, accuracy, and responsibility.

7- Reinforcing the spirit of collective cooperation by organizing student groups.
